In 2012 Washington Initiative 502 passed. This allowed for legalized small amounts of marijuana-related products to be sold to adults over 21 years of age. Seattle and other cities across the state started to convert from medical marijuana to recreational cannabis. Our first location was located north of Seattle, in a small town called Conway named 221inc. And later rebranded as Premier Recreational Cannabis — PRC.

Since, PRC opened up 3 locations just Outside of Seattle, including Edmonds and our flagship location in Arlington.
